Functional Features
The device adopts negative pressure method and uses high-quality low-noise oil-free dry vacuum pump to always ensure that the gas flow through the nozzle reaches the critical flow state, and the device has good flow stability.
The standard adopts a Venturi sonic nozzle without movable throttling components, ensuring the accuracy and stability of the device.
The nozzle equipped with the device can meet the requirements for inspecting the flow points of gas meters QRmaxR, 0.2QRmaxR, and QRminR in three specifications: G1.6, G2.5, and G4. The microcontroller selects the corresponding nozzle based on the parameters of the tested table and automatically switches the test points. Each nozzle is calibrated with parameters by a national authoritative testing agency.
The nozzle installation device can be equipped with a quick installation device, which only takes 8 seconds to replace a nozzle.
The entire system can achieve fully automatic inspection under PC control, and can perform operations such as saving, printing, analyzing and statistics, and accessing the internet on test results, truly realizing automated management.
By using single-chip microcomputers and high-precision A/D conversion technologies, it is possible to accurately detect environmental parameters such as temperature, pressure, and participate in real-time calculations of errors, ensuring the stability and accuracy of the device.
The series comparison method can be used to simultaneously calibrate 6 or 12 membrane gas meters, greatly improving the detection efficiency. It is an ideal equipment for membrane gas meter manufacturers and gas meter measurement and inspection institutions to test gas meters.
